 Completed a one hour module on Social and Emotional Learning by CASEL on 2Aug 2025.

As a researcher exploring Social Emotional Learning (SEL) strategies,  an innovative project that fostered creativity, self-expression, and collaboration among students was conducted during the experimentation phase at GHSS Cheruthuruthy. The project aligned with the first unit of their curriculum, "Hours and Years."  During their free hours and leisure time at school, students of 9G worked on a series of creative expressions, guided by their interests and passions.  Students were encouraged to let their imagination run wild, using the common drawing book , "Creative Canvas ," as their canvas. This book was kept in their classroom, accessible to them during their free hours. The results were astounding, with students showcasing their artistic talents, creativity, and emotional intelligence.   As part of a Ph.D. research project in Education under NSS Training College, Ottapalam, a unique and enriching experimentation phase was conducted at GHSS Cheruthuruthy from 17th June to 21st July . The narrator, on a train journey to receive the Nobel Prize in Literature, reminisces about the people and experiences that shaped her life.     "Unleashing the Potential of Digital Tools in Research," is  a comprehensive Massive Open Online Course   (MOOC) which is part of a project funded by the Higher Education Department, State Government of Uttar Pradesh, under its Research and Development initiative  designed to equip researchers with the essential knowledge and skills needed to start and proceed with their research journey. This course is carefully crafted for researchers at all stages, from beginners to experienced professionals, who wish to enhance their research capabilities by leveraging the power of digital tools and technologies. Over the course of 16 weeks, we went deep into various aspects of the research process, starting from understanding the fundamentals of research methodology to mastering the digital tools that can transform research practice. The course is divided into forty modules, each focusing on a critical phase of research, ensuring a holistic learning experience.

I had the privilege of attending a two-day national seminar on "Integrating Indian Knowledge System in Higher Education for Global Excellence in the NEP 2020 Era" at the NSS Training College, Ottapalam, on March 6th and 7th, 2025. The seminar was sponsored by the Indian Council of Social Science Research (ICSSR). The seminar featured expert talks by two renowned resource persons: - Professor Dr. MV Nagaraju - Dr. Vaibhav Jadhav Their insightful presentations delved into the significance of integrating Indian knowledge systems into higher education, aligning with the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020. The discussions highlighted the importance of blending traditional wisdom with modern education to foster global excellence.

 I'm overwhelmed with joy and gratitude as I share this momentous occasion with all of you! On March 5th, 2025, I had the honor of attending the convocation ceremony of IGNOU University at the Kaloor Regional Centre. I felt an immense sense of pride and accomplishment as I successfully completed the program with First Class and Distinction marks!  I'm grateful to IGNOU University for providing me with the opportunity to pursue my passion for psychology and to the faculty members for their guidance and support throughout my journey.
