2. Attended a webinar series on “Demystifying Systemic Social and Emotional Learning” on July 29, 2022.

3. One-day Workshop on Academic Writing organized by e-IJEAS at NSS Training College, Ottapalam on July 5, 2022.

4. Attended and Presented a thematic paper titled “Structural Equation Modelling in Educational Research” at the INTERNATIONAL ONLINE CONFERENCE ON INCREMENTAL CHANGES IN INSTRUCTIONAL STRATEGIES AND RESEARCH IN HIGHER EDUCATION organized by Mar Theophilus Training College, Nalanchira, Thiruvananthapuram on March 3-5, 2022.

5.    Successfully completed an online  certificate course on ‘SEL for Teachers’ hoisted by UNESCO MGIEP on 19/08/2022

6. Attended a Ten-Day Capacity Building Program/FDP on Advance Research Methodology organized by V.K. Krishna Menon College and Sponsored by WIRC, ICSSR, Mumbai from September 19-29, 2022.Completed a coursework test conducted by Mumbai University and achieved an 'A' grade from September 19-29, 2022.

7. Attended a three-day international online workshop focused on Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) using AMOS software conducted by Dr. R. Ravanan from October 16-18, 2022.

8. Participated and presented a paper entitled ‘Teachers’ Socio-Emotional Competence to Meet the Sustainable Development Goals in Education’ in a three-day multidisciplinary international conference on the theme 'Achieving SDG 8 through Education 4.0: Across the Globe and Beyond the Disciplines' organized by Al-Barkaat Institute of Education, Aligarh (U.P.), India. Received 'The Best Paper Award' for the paper presented at the conference.

9. Participated in the Coursework Seminar Series on Research Methodology and Publication Ethics at the Research Centre in Education, NSS Training College from January 9-19, 2023.

10. Presented a paper titled “Opinion of B.Ed Students on the School Curriculum Revision of Kerala State with Special Focus to Technology in Education” at the International Conference on Transdisciplinary Approaches: Global Trends in Education, Research and Development jointly organized by CTEF (Kerala) in collaboration with KSHEC, AIRIO, CEAM & Mar Baselios College of Education on January 12-14, 2023.

11. Participated in the national seminar held at the Department of Education, Calicut University and presented a paper on “Emotions in Second language learning on February 22, 2023.

12. Participated in the online workshop titled “Empowering educators: Navigating student’s mental health” on October 15, 2023 jointly organized by Care Max Foundation & Teachers Academy in association with Dept. of Psychiatry, JIPMER.

13. Cluster Training at Govt Model Boys VHSS Kunnamkulam, participated and shared experiences on the use of ChatGPT in an educational context on December 11, 2023.

14. Attended an Orientation session on "How to become an RCI registered Psychologist in India?" by Ms. Reema Sudarsan on February 28, 2024.

15. Attended a Three Days International Online Workshop on "Start Research with Smart Artificial Intelligence (AI) Technology" by Dr. D. Kumaresan, covering various topics related to AI tools in research on - March 3, 2024.

 16. Attended an Online Workshop on "Mindfulness + REBT/CBT can create miracles in counselling" by Suhani Ganwani, covering topics related to mindfulness, CBT, and REBT on  March 13, 2024.

A Dream Fulfilled: Receiving MA Psychology Certificate from IGNOU University

 I'm overwhelmed with joy and gratitude as I share this momentous occasion with all of you! On March 5th, 2025, I had the honor of attending the convocation ceremony of IGNOU University at the Kaloor Regional Centre. I felt an immense sense of pride and accomplishment as I successfully completed the program with First Class and Distinction marks!  I'm grateful to IGNOU University for providing me with the opportunity to pursue my passion for psychology and to the faculty members for their guidance and support throughout my journey.
